ok, its not completely true im one head taller than the chinese and there are actually some who are taller than me, because i guess im quite short... hehe
i read somewhere that typical swedish is not using umbrellas, atleast not as much as they do in other countries and i think that might be a fact. ive started using umbrellas more now because of the heavy rains but i think i can count the occasions to less than fingers i have.
anyway... last night some sort of chinese, buddhist procession/celebration started down the street here and this evening i went out capturing a few photos and also made a few video clips (which are quite bad in quality since i used my handphone).
but this is how it looks like regularly around my street... home feels slightly far away from sweden-home. hehe
bit blurr
it's a beautiful street
i have always been slightly scared of masks, and these are
supposed to be these easy funny characters but i don't know...
i'm really trying liking them. hehe
dancing...
singing
smoke after the fire-crackers
and the crappy quality video clips which took me some time to upload....
note, processions and celebrations are always quite loud in asian (chinese) culture, the fire crackers, the bongs and drums, lions, dragons(...) are supposed to "scare" away any kind of evil and bring luck.
